Our Admission Process
1. Discovery Call
Please fill out the form on our contact page to schedule a call with our admissions team. We’ll discuss our programs and facility in more detail, answering any questions you may have about Hopebridge.
2. Application
If you decide to move forward with applying to HopeBridge, we’ll send you an application to fill out for clinician review. We contact applicants to schedule an assessment within 1-3 business days.
3. Assessment
As part of our application process, we invite potential patients to our facility for an in-depth assessment.
This gives us a baseline for your treatment plan.
4. Program Design
After completing an assessment, you will sit with one of our clinicians to map out a treatment plan and next steps.
5. Orientation
Once your treatment parameters are established, we will discuss a financial readiness plan, complete any necessary paperwork, verify insurance benefits, and finalize your program start date.
